Did you know that bread can sing?

Bread that has just come out of a hot oven can sometimes be heard crackling. This is called singing and it is a sign of a great tasty crust. 

Bread - without kneading

Handy if you don't have a machine to knead. The longer rising ensures more flavor. Baking the bread in a cast iron pan makes it look like you baked a rustic French bread.
